Coordinated Access provides a wide variety of services centered around accessibility. These services include individual and group training on accessibility products, training on accessibility practices and standards, and document remediation, as well as other services as requested.
Dusty Voorhees, founder of Coordinated Access, brings over 35 years experience in blind/low vision training and accessibility product design to the efforts of Coordinated Access. Dusty started his career as a blind rehabilitation specialist/instructor at the Department of Veteran Affair’s Southeastern Blind Rehabilitation Center. He later, started the training department for Henter-Joyce and then served as a senior product manager for Henter-Joyce and Freedom Scientific focusing on the magnification and optical character recognition product lines, but also working on screen reader features. In recent years, he moved back into the training area of the company doing product and accessibility training.
